As Quality Engineer you ensure the quality of our plastic manufacturing processes and our electronic products within our Smart Buildings division in Lüdenscheid, Germany.
Your responsibilities
- You take the responsibility of the quality planning of manufacturing processes pf electronic products incl. software internally and externally.
- You define test methods of the mass production for manual and automated testing.
- You align the planning within the project team.
- You apply quality methods like FMEA, PPAP, SPC.
- You implement traceability methods of manufacturing and product data.
- You analyse the manufacturing quality and initiate improvement measures.
- Sie apply Business Analysis-Services (e.g., Power BI) for evaluation of the manufacturing quality.
Your background
- You have a Master / Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- You have profound knowledge about electronic production, test methods for electronics, database knowledge as well as quality methods (lean six sigma yellow belt or green belt).
- German and English fluently.
