We are looking to fill a vacancy in our quality team at the Itzehoe site at the earliest possible date for a dedicated

Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for Quality Assurance

In this challenging position, your main task will be to monitor and ensure quality along the value chain. You will work closely together with the Supply Chain, Engineering and Production team to ensure flawless Quality of our products as well as the continuous improvement of our overall Quality and processes.

Your tasks:

• Testing of parts, modules and the interaction of those to guarantee functionality and suggesting design changes

• Inspection and approval of new parts (samples and initial samples) as well as preparation of initial sample test reports

• Visual inspection and dimensional inspection (conventional, Faro Arm, 3D measuring technology) of incoming parts and components

• Inspection of existing stocks and their correction in the event of identified work- and material-defects

• Identification and assessment of quality defects

• Recording of non-conformities in SAP and complete processing of those via the supplier-non-conformity process all the way to supplier continuous development

• Monitoring and logging of test steps during production and assembly

• Carrying out, evaluating, and recording non-destructive tests

• Continuous improvement of our products and processes as part of project work

Your profile:

• Successfully completed industrial/technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) or comparable

• First professional experience in Quality Assurance required

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP required

• Good technical understanding

• High quality awareness, willingness to work and flexibility

• High level of analytical thinking

• Independent and team-oriented work

• Knowledge of programming in the field of 3D measurement technology and Faro arm advantageous

• NDT inspector as well as VT inspector are advantageous
