QC Testing Trainee

As a QC Testing Trainee for Electrification business, you will be responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Correctly using machinery and equipment on the shop floor.Reporting to Operation Manager, you will be reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.This position is based in Samut Prakan, Thailand.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines
• Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly and testing
• Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment is available
• Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation
• Proactively executing work on a first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and on quality
• Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
• Acting with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility
• Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicating them proactively and drives small improvement actions

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
