As Tranformation Manager you are responsible for the definition of the ‘how’ of one of the 8 strategic pillars of C&A’s Strategy and Transformation Program. You are responsible to manage key strategic projects from a PMO perspective in cooperation with other assigned PMO Transformation Managers and Strategic Planner & Business Developers.
Your responsibilities at C&A:
- Develop the project set-up for key strategic projects resulting from the strategies of the assigned strategic pillar to ensure a clear project structure
- Guide and facilitate project roadmap and milestone planning to achieve project deliverables
- Monitor the project progress, key milestones, resources, costs, risks and dependencies to provide transparency on the status
- Ensure the implementation of standards, tools and processes to ensure objectives are met within the expected quality
- Prepare and moderate workshops with senior management and relevant stakeholders for a common understanding on the project scope and deliverables
- Prepare project Steering Committees, project status reports and day-to-day meetings to inform each stakeholder appropriately
- Track and monitor the project budget to ensure objectives are met within defined budget
- Align overall project roadmap and timeline with other related projects and strategies together with PMO Transformation Managers from related pillars to ensure a seamless execution of the One C&A plan
- Conduct stakeholder management within project management to have all relevant stakeholders appropriately on board
What we expect from you:
- University degree preferably in business/economics, engineering or computer science background
- At least 2-4 years of program experience in Program Management Office or Project member position
- Experience with a strategic consulting firm as Consultant is an advantage, with exposure to the respective toolkit
- Diligent with attention to detail
- Proven proficiency in German and English language (both written and oral)
