INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

Job description, responsibilities and duties

At the moment, we are looking to hire an engaged Project Manager Strategy CESE /Assistant TO THECESE CEO Office, who will drive and coordinate projects within the DHL Freight CESE/AMEA team and provide all necessary organizational, administrative and content related support. You will be part of the CESE CEO Office team (Central Eastern Southern Europe) with more than 10 countries. You will be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
As part of our intercultural team, you will be responsible to drive together with the cluster staff management, strategical topics around Standardization & Growth. At the same time you will be responsible for organizing & driving further our DHL Freight internal programs.
In this role, you will:
• You will be involved in the (further) development and implementation of our corporate strategy and drive strategic projects in our cluster forward. You will take on the management of various subject areas along the corporate and sustainability strategy.
• Provide general support TO THE respective team, such as agenda management, making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries (incl. flights, airport transfers, hotel reservations, visa applications)
• Organize meetings, conferences and team events
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Support on administrative activities for the DHL Freight CESE team
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members
• Prepare presentations for internal and external use

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2) and German - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• you have completed a degree in business administration or similar
• you have minimum 2 years of relevant experience on simmilar position
• you have previouse experience with project management
• You are fluent in English and German (oral and written); German is preferable but not must
• addditional language is an advantage
• You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation skills for PowerPoint
- You are a team player
- You have an ability to work on own initiative
- You are well organized and used to staying on top of multiple topics simultaneously
- You have a proven time management and activity tracking skills as well as an ability to work well under pressure
- You are proactive, especially with regard to diary management and travel itineraries
- You have strong communication skills at all levels
- You are accurate with high attention to detail
- You have a pleasant, helpful attitude with a willingness to take on key tasks and little projects
- Knowledge of professional communication means would be an advantage (e.g. web-publishing)
- You have a proven track record of reliability
