Tasks

Your Commitment will include

  • Project management & sub-project management of interdisciplinary Medical informatics projects, considering costs, quality, and deadlines.
  • Conducting business analyses and developing solution concepts with a focus on new business initiatives related to Medical informatics, digital health, process optimization, standardization, and centralization of the ICT services.
  • Advising internal clients and supporting (clinical) departments in creating requirement specifications, as well as accurately mapping requirements in applications.
  • Contributing to content and ensuring smooth commissioning, as well as proper handover to operations.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in Medical informatics or equivalent basic education in the medical or ICT field with several years of professional experience in healthcare and further education in project management.
  • Experience as a project / sub-Project Manager in the introduction & further development of Medical informatics projects.
  • Deep understanding of clinical processes in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
  • Experience with DICOM, HL7 V2, HL7 FHIR, and other data formats.
  • Solution-oriented and cross-process thinking and action, even in complex problem situations.
  • High service orientation and a strong sense of quality, confident demeanor, and enjoyment in leading project team members.
  • Willingness to travel to lead projects at other locations.
  • Good German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
