  • preparationof meeting agendas and meeting notes
  • MaintainingOrg Charts for the team
  • Specialduties and projects, as assigned or necessary including coverage of othercoordinators.

Anfrage

  • 1-2 yearsof experience in an administrative capacity preferably in a high-volumemanufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor'sDegree (Engineering degree preferred, but not required), or equivalent inexperience.
  • Superiorverbal and written communication skills in the English and German language.
  • Ability toeffectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Experienceinitiating and coordinating projects and liaising with multiple stakeholders atthe same time.
  • Experiencesupporting executives and coordination of media, meetings, attendees etc.
  • Acustomer-centric attitude and enthusiasm for supporting internal teams.
  • Experiencepreparing presentations for Executive/ Senior Management.
  • Highlyorganized with a strong attention to detail.
  • High levelof professionalism and strong sense of urgency.
  • Intermediateto advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiencyin Bluebeam, Aconex, PlanGrid, and MS Project preferred.
  • Ability towork with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter.
  • Proficiencywith conferencing systems (Tesla is Microsoft Teams based).
  • Flexibilityand ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently
