- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalentexperience.
- Exemplary track record of high impact contributions both asan individual engineer and in a management capacity.
- Must have understanding of general manufacturing processes,equipment behavior, automation, and controls.
- Experience with automation and controls engineering ispreferred.
- Must demonstrate reliability, initiative, and desire tolearn.
- Must be adaptable in work schedule (including compressedwork week or night shift) and working environment.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills alongwith strong attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver resultsin a fast-paced technical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple large-scale projectssimultaneously, dynamically adjusting priorities to meet changing businessneeds.
- Experience with application and teaching of structuredproblem-solving methodology, such as DOE.
- Able to drive engineering problems to true root cause andelimination driving his team and other stake holders outside of his line ofreport.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally frequently.
