AdresseAs part of Operations Excellence, the Service Digitalization team drives the digital transformation of service operations to ensure that Nordex Service can operate safely whilst being profitable and competitive with high customer satisfaction by means of digital solutions.
As Product Owner - Service Now, Service Digitalization you will work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams. You will lead project(s) to implement new or improve existing digital solutions in Service Now.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for the conception of IT and business process solutions based on ServiceNow in cooperation with requests from our internal departments within Nordex-Service organization and implement them successfully.
- As Product Owner, you will independently manage projects from idea generation, feasibility assessment, conception of ServiceNow business process solutions, project and implementation together with the departments (Business and ITO)within Nordex-Service organization.
- Perform all standard Product owner responsibilities - translate business needs into user stories, Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, serveas a liaison between product (Business)and development (ITO), be the first point of contact to development team to answer questions pertaining to the product.
- Maintains, validates and prioritizes Bugs/Defects during the development and phase.
- Have good understanding of business challenges and processes, active change management and project and product management with agile methods.
- You will assume responsibility for strategic internal projects within the group and will work regularly with our in-house (digital) consultants
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed degree in economics, (business) computer science
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting projects with a focus on the ServiceNow platform (function, architecture, implementation)
- Sound experience in the conception and design of IT or business processes
- Knowledge in one or more ServiceNow areas and ideally corresponding certifications in this;
- Good to have - familiar with the associated frameworks (ITIL, project management, Agile - Scrum methods)
- Strong analytical and consulting skills
- Independent way of working with high quality standards.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in English
