Wir wollen unseren Entwicklern das produktive Arbeiten mit innovativen Tools und Organisationsstrukturen ermöglichen, indem wir kontinuierlich das Software-Engineering-Ökosystem hinterfragen, verbessern und vereinfachen.

Als Teil unseres - etwa 45 Personen umfassenden - Developer Productivity Teams, unterstützt du uns in diesem Bestreben. Du entwickelst mit uns Software-Lösungen, die unsere Mitarbeitenden in ihrem Alltag und Arbeitsfluss unterstützen und sich darin integrieren.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Mit deiner Begeisterung für das Thema Developer Productivity bringst du dich aktiv in unsere Themen ein, erkennst Hemmnisse im Entwicklungsprozess und findest dafür innovative und ganzheitliche Lösungen

• Du entwickelst Produktvisionen und -strategien zusammen mit Entwickler*innen und Kund*innen und vertrittst diese in übergreifenden Gremien

• Du beteiligst dich an der inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung mit dem Entwicklerteam auf Augenhöhe

• Du übernimmst zusammen mit den Kund*innen die fachliche Ausgestaltung eines digitalen Produkts, Projekts oder eines Services

• Du stimmst die fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen mit allen (internationalen) Stakeholdern ab und sorgst für eine reibungslose Produkteinführung und -weiterentwicklung

• Du erstellst, pflegst und priorisierst das Produkt Backlog

• Du bist fachliche*r Ansprechpartner*in für das Software-Entwicklungsteam, die Kund*innen und alle anderen Stakeholder

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du hast Lust, die digitale Transformation von Mercedes-Benz gemeinsam mit unserem Team mitzugestalten, Veränderungen anzustoßen und deine innovativen Ideen einzubringen

• Du konntest bereits Erfahrung als Product Owner in der agilen Softwareentwicklung sammeln

• Du besitzt ein ausprägtes technologisches Hintergrundwissen und kannst auf eigene Erfahrungen aus der Software-Entwicklung zurückgreifen

• Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement mithilfe von Tools wie z.B. User Story Mapping sowie ein produktorientiertes Mindset

• Du zeichnest dich durch ein eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchien hinweg aus

• Du kennst Strategien und Werkzeuge im Bereich Developer Productivity oder Developer Experience und kannst dich dafür begeistern

• Agilität ist für dich mehr als Scrum- Meetings und -Prozesse

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
