Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Product Manager Payments (all genders)!
Your Tasks:
- Lead the development and optimization of payment services, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for our customers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement payment solutions that enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the payments sector, leveraging insights to drive innovation within our platform
- Work with data analysis tools and metrics to evaluate the performance of payment methods, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with external payment providers and partners, negotiating terms to benefit and protect our business interests
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the payments domain within the e-commerce industry
- A strong understanding of payment processes, technologies, and regulatory standards in online retail
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful payment solutions
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product features
- Customer-centric approach, focusing on creating the best possible checkout experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable in both technical and business environments
- Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
