Join our Service OnCampus Team immediately on a full-time (40h/week), remote basis anywhere in Germany as a Product Manager Aftersales (m/w/d).
Your Role
You own the aftersales product delivery for our international On Campus study programmes, and continuously strive optimization of students’ customer journey.
You orchestrate cross-functional teams and domains for the best operational outcome and customer experience.
You work closely with the pre-sales product management and program management as well as the service delivery team on our campus sites.
In your role you manage the aftersales roll-out and implementation of (new) product features in project mode or sprints (e.g. events, onboarding path).
You always advocate for our customer needs and continuously use customer insight to prioritize and validate measures.
In your role you proactively enhance the aftersales workflows with adequate process management and documentation as well as respective KPIs reporting and targets.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
Min. 2 years’ experience in Product Management, Customer Experience, CRM or Customer Service.
Experience in working with international customers in higher education/university or similar customer service area is a must.
Experience in a Product Owner role or similar, is a plus.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations at different organizational levels.
Hands-on approach and customer-mindset as well ass very good Project management skills.
Basic experience in Salesforce, AcademyFive and Moodle.
Fluent in English and German.
