Job Family Definition:
Captures and analyzes product business data for a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; facilitate the planning, tracking, measuring and analysis of product and portfolio business performance.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
The Product Analyst Graduate will develop schedules, critical deliverables, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs, and will support the organization and leadership in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function.
The Product Manager Graduate will coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners, update schedule and resource allocation, and track progress against the established plan to meet product requirements and development schedule. Assists with materials preparation, testing samples arrangement, and logistic support, including but not limited to, researching information, analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following the work unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay.
