Job description:
Development and optimisation of laser processes for silicon solar cells- Measurement and evaluation of laser processed surfaces
- Development and optimisation of precursor layers for laser diffusion processes
- Processing highly efficient solar cells
- Work towards industrial maturity of both process and equipment
- Specification, setup and supervision of a production line
- Communication with industrial and academic partners
Überzeugendes Profil
Who you are:
Master degree (or higher degree) from leading academic institution in the field of Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or similar- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience of diffusion processes, of oxidation processes, and of annealing processes for the semiconductor industry or for the photovoltaic industry
- Deep understanding of solar cell functionality is an advantage, as is hands-on experience of POCl3 diffusion
- Strong work ethics, analytical skills, independent and goal orientated working style is a must, as is fluency in English language (spoken and written)
