• Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation von diversen Trainings. Dazu gehört deren eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereitung.

• Du lernst das operative Tagesgeschäft kennen und unterstützt unser Team in vielfältigen Projekten.

• Du recherchierst und analysierst Personalentwicklungsthemen und erarbeitest Handlungsempfehlungen.

• Du bekommst Einblicke in die Führungskräfteentwicklung und in unseren Potenzialprozess.

• Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende aus allen Fachbereichen in allen Themen des Weiterbildungsmanagements.

• Du studierst (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Du teilst unsere Leidenschaft für Personalentwicklung, bringst dich gerne mit deinen Ideen und Konzepten ein und konntest idealerweise schon erste Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld sammeln.

• Du verfügst über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und kannst dich schnell in neue Themenbereiche und Systeme einarbeiten.

• Dich zeichnen eine offene und empathische Kommunikation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.

• Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die dir übertragenen Aufgaben ist für dich selbstverständlich.

• Du bist motiviert und bereit, ab dem 1. Juli ein Praktikum zu absolvieren, um unser Team tatkräftig zu unterstützen

• Du ergänzt unser Team mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
