Your Tasks

• You will learn about and assist the team in the ins and outs of SEF transactions. Be it marketing, origination or execution we’ll introduce you to our processes and potential pitfalls.
• Also, you get the opportunity to sharpen your skills and support us regarding drafting all manner of documents, from various presentations to financing proposals and (indicative) term sheets.
• We are looking forward to you lending us your keen eye to identify any snags or similar while drawing up credit applications and performing the necessary due diligence for them.
• Your growing expertise aids us during the undertaking of obtaining cover from the export credit agencies as well.
• And of course, you’ll be treated to a comprehensive and detailed overview about the ING lending processes, the SEF product and our markets to further your understanding of economics and Structured Export Finance.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in economics or similar with strong academic achievements, or in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s degree studies
• Interest in Structured Export Finance, with prior experience or internships in the field of banking, consulting, or accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical, motivated, and detail-oriented team player
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, especially in English, a second language is appreciated
• Available for 4-6 months (please specify starting date and preferred availability in your application)
