Projects you'll engage in:

  • Data-Driven Team Building: Explore novel ways to assemble and develop teams driven by date, enhancing team performance and efficiency.
  • Creativity and Workspace Design: Investigate how workspace environments foster creative behavior and shape future workplaces that nudge employees to be creative at work.
  • AI as a Human Creativity Companion: Dive into the integration of artificial intelligence into the creative process, complementing Human Creativity to generate innovative solutions.
Please note that your PhD Thesis including the work in the lab is of course a full-time job.

Mindset before Skillset!

We seek candidates with

  • a Master's degree to pursue a PhD or someone already holding a PhD to pursue a Postdoctorate, preferably in psychology, creativity, social science, computer science, or a related (tech) field
  • a passion for creativity and the new
  • the ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • a research-oriented mindset: the courage to dig deeper
  • research experience, preferably a proven track record of scientific publications
  • excellent communication skills in English
