- Analyse variances between actual performance and budgeted targets
- Prepare financial reports for plant performance evaluation
- Monitor and control plant costs to optimise profitability
- Collaborate with plant management to drive financial decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in the same industry or similar role.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles.
Vergütungspaket
A minimum annual gross salary of €55,000 is offered for this position, with a willingness to offer higher compensation based on qualifications and professional experience.
