Personal Assistant (m/f/d) Legal and Compliance – Part time / full time

In Germany - Berlin | Bonn

We are in an exciting phase of setting up and growing a modern and leading in-house legal and compliance team. To support its development, we’re looking for an personal assistant. If selected, the candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the general counsel, Simon Kucher's chief legal advisor. The personal assistant will work closely with the general counsel to manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize their responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who wants to join our team part time (25 hours/week) or full time.

How you will create an impact:
  • Manage and maintain schedules, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events for the legal team
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Handle expenses, including reconciling expense reports and submitting invoices for payment
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inquiries and directing communication as appropriate
  • Maintain and Organize electronic and physical files for the legal team
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
About you:
  • At least three years of experience providing executive-level support
  • Experience working in a legal or consulting environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, German and English
