Tasks

Marketing is a key function to continue and scale our very successful growth strategy, promoting the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region - and as the next step in other markets. We celebrate bold, fresh, and value-centric B2B marketing that B2C start-ups dream about. Our success will rely on your ability to deliver high-quality vertical and thought leadership content and activities to the right people at the right time on the right channels.

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, creative, and self-assured individual who is an expert in B2B (SaaS) performance marketing, from brand awareness campaigns, lead generation activities, and demand generation to qualify leads, SEO and SEA down to marketing automation using HubSpot. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be part of our marketing team and responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, analyzing performance, and developing recommendations/actions to adjust our activities, approaches, and processes, while working closely with various stakeholders. Some of the dynamic, and thought-provoking tasks you will complete to help achieve personal, team and company goals, are:

• Establish a best-in-class performance marketing engine, delivering against ambitious goals in line with quarterly company OKRs

• Translate your knowledge into smart, target group-oriented B2B SaaS performance marketing and growth marketing strategies

• Set up always-on campaigns on LinkedIn and Google (SEA) to drive a constant stream of visitors that convert to business outcomes

• Own our lead and demand generation campaigns working closely with the Marketing Lead, Content and Creative to deliver value to potential customers

• Evolve our marketing-driven contact and lead capture tactics and processes delivering high-quality MQLs to the Sales Team

• Define the overall performance marketing measurement framework to show the impact marketing has on the overall business success

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven work experience in B2B Performance Marketing, Media Buying, and Media Planning work for a media agency, B2B (Tech/SaaS) company, or a start-up

• Hands-on experience setting up and executing media campaigns on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.)

• Applied experience working with HubSpot, creating marketing automation, pulling reports, and identifying trends and blind spots along the user journey

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

• Capable of influencing people and fostering change in a collaborative way

• Enthusiasm about diving into new challenges and taking our growth to a new level

• Motivated, team-oriented, proactive, structured, and analytical is how you normally describe your way of working
