Your Role

• As Performance Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Excellence on group level you define and manage global digitalization, process optimization and organizational development projects within the supply chain.
• You analyze existing and develop new best practice processes and organizational models in the areas of supply chain planning, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay and production execution as well as their integration into the global SAP template
• From the global group level to plant management, you act as a sparring partner to identify potentials and innovations, drive streamlining measures and automation within the value chain
• You will continuously develop the group standards in our Döhler Operating System, with the goal of building a data-driven end-to-end supply chain

Your Profile

• You have started your career in the supply chain sector with a Master's degree in a technical or business field and have already gained professional experience in an international company, ideally in a consulting environment.
• With a focus on supply chain management, you have acquired a good overview of S&OP, SC Planning and Production Execution over the last few years and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new projects and support the departments in an advisory capacity.
• Your team appreciates your quick combination skills and your ambitious approach to challenges; you convince different stakeholders with your proactive communication style
• Outside of your team, you are known for your problem-solving skills and your ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• You have in-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules and solutions
• Very good communication skills in German and English complete your profile
