About this role
This People Partner role is part of the country HRBP team and reports to the Senior Country HRBP Lead for Germany. In this role you closely collaborate with managers, and you give input to the HR strategy. You will manage and collaborate with an international team of global and local HRBPs other HR pillars in order to develop and support the growth of the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with experience supporting a business function within a fast growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing & improving HR policies & practices, partnering with managers, ensuring a great employee experience.
Please note that this position is limited until 31.12.2024.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Coaching managers on HR topics, incorporating HR goals (performance management, learning and development, engagement) into the daily agenda
- Identify the local HR services needs, engage with the HR community to drive priorities based on clear SLAs and guidelines
- Manage local Employee Relations cases in alignment with the Employee Relations team
- Enhance processes and way of working with the Workers Counsel in alignment with our local Staff Relations Lead
- Share the view of the country/function and act as a partner for other HR teams to validate local impact
- Ensuring duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimise people risk
- Leveraging people data to improve service and decision making
- Executing talent programs and initiatives and challenge managers in their assessments
- Support employee onboarding initiatives
What will you bring to the table?
- Comfortable to navigate in an international and matrix HR environment, having worked in partnership with HR CoEs
- Good stakeholder management and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders within thе organisation
- Experience of working with HR data, and an analytical mindset, to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions
- Understanding of Local Legislation and fluent German skills
- Understanding of Legal frameworks and Hr impact collaborating with employment lawyers
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Problem solving skills: The ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and staying organised in an ever changing organisation
- Previous experience working in an international company is a plus
