Support our team immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at our locations in Cologne, Munich, Bad Reichenhall, or remotely (germanwide) as a People Analytics Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
In your role you will be responsible for managing our engagement tool (Qualtrics), taking care of our survey formats and further develop the tools functionalities
You will be in charge for analyzing data sets, deriving measures, and providing adjustment proposals for the People Strategy
Providing high-quality, accurate data for reliable business decisions and collaborating with other members of the HR team to enhance data quality within our HCM module in Workday will also be part of your role
You will be working closely with teams such as Payroll, Controlling and/or Accounting on various reporting and integration projects, aiming to create one HR data platform
You further contribute to strategic compensation and benefits projects by analyzing compensation data, packages, and benchmarks
Last but not least – you manage (key) stakeholders, handle various inquiries and create ad-hoc HR reports if needed
Your Profile
You have successfully completed a university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice
Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience as a People Analytics Manager or Consultant (m/f/d) in the field of digital business, e-commerce or in a management consultancy
You are an Excel expert, generally experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI) and ideally possess some basic programming skills
You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times
You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and written
Experience with Workday is a big plus, but not required
