About Qiado:
Qiado is a growing start-up that went from 5 to more than 40 consultants in only 5 years and is focused on 3 processes: Contract Lease Management, Purchase to Pay and Transformation Services.
You will be the driver of the Finance area working with our consultants and be supported by the Head of Delivery, who coordinates the delivery of our 3 service areas, and also by the Head of Business Development, who supports the partner management relationship with software providers, consulting companies and others, as well working with you in the acquisition of new logos and upselling.

Aufgaben
- As the Finance Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our Finance team of 15+. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and shape the Finance team, fostering an environment of high energy and results-driven collaboration.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate a team of managers, seniors, consultants, and trainees to deliver exceptional Finance projects.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Head of Delivery and Head of Business Development to empower business growth, manage the team budget, and oversee the project pipeline.
Qualifikation
- Experience: Extensive experience in the consulting world.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance process/modules.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing managers and senior consultants, with strong adaptability skills to optimize team performance.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in project budgeting and allocation management.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German and English.
- Background: A background in Finance and/or IT is preferred.
