• Collecting of necessary data and information for secondary and tertiary packaging materials in order to fill in technical data sheet templates (TDS)

• Generate them as controlled documents in a GMP system (Veeva).

• Look into: all available data from SAP, technical drawings and supplier certificates to be selected and transferred internally

• The suppliers has to be written and asked to check and complete the data

• Uploading the TDS templates into a quality (GMP) system (Veeva)

• Processing of technical data sheets for secondary and tertiary packaging components

• Technical understanding of dimensions and distance (area measurements)

• Experience in packaging development or in the design/artwork area for packaging with a focus on: labels, folding boxes / corrugated cardboard (one of the focus areas would be enough) and package inserts

• Microsoft Office (focus: Excel / Word)

• English spoken and written, as global templates along with basic knowledge of German

• Eager to communicate both internally and externally with suppliers
