What will be your job?
- Responsibility for support functions in logistic operation.
- Planning and utilization of all capacities
- You will be responsible for recording and reporting damages and non-conformities and proposing preventive measures
- Management, motivation and development of subordinates
- Responsibility for compliance with work safety rules
- Responsibility for contractual KPIs and implementation of new measures leading to process optimization
What we need?
- English verbal and written communication (frequent meetings with customers)
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing a larger team
- Good knowledge of working on a PC (MS OFFICE)
- Knowledge of the environment of a large international company and knowledge of warehouse systems is an advantage
