This important task is responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the offshore wind farms Amrumbank West, Nordsee Ost and Kaskasi in the so-called Trident Cluster with a focus on the wind turbines and/or the substations. The O&M Coordinator is responsible for the remote monitoring and control of the systems and takes over assigned planning activities as well as work preparation measures within the scope of offshore operations planning.
Your future plans:
- Monitoring and operation of the technical systems of the offshore wind farm by means of control technology and monitoring systems
- Carrying out troubleshooting (Level 1) at the wind turbines and/or the offshore substations in accordance with the procedural instructions and the personal qualification and competency level
- First contact and remote support of the offshore technicians in carrying out fault clearance and maintenance work
- Detailed short-term planning of all offshore operations in close cooperation with technicians, engineers and warehouse coordinators, by applying daily weather forecasts and re-prioritising work due to equipment malfunctions
- Responsible for the optimal planning of the approach and monitoring of the transfer of personnel to and within the offshore wind farms using crew transfer vessels (CTV) and helicopters to achieve the best results in maximising energy availability while minimising operational costs.
- Creation, allocation, evaluation and archiving of digital work orders in SAP PM
- Occupational Health & Safety (HSE)
- Ensuring the "Zero Incident Policy" and compliance with the specifications regarding occupational health and safety and environmental protection in compliance with the technical guidelines
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the operational management of an offshore/onshore wind farm
- Experience with Sics controller 1 & 2, WTC 3 controller, Bachmann controller
- Experience with high voltage and authorised to switch 33kv - 155kv switchboard
- Advanced operational knowledge of offshore wind farms and ship logistics
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
- Strong HSSE awareness and knowledge of relevant laws, norms and standards
