The Operations Engineer Trident performs engineering tasks in the area of foundations and steel structures ("Balance of Plant" - BoP) as well as in the area of wind turbine technology (WTG) of the Trident wind farms independently. In particular with regard to the definition, optimization and implementation of maintenance and inspection programs as well as repair campaigns and special projects.
Your future plans:
Definition and processing of individual maintenance, inspection, repair and retrofit projects including the purchasing process in the area of BoP as well as lift, crane + TMSE and monitoring of the associated offshore campaigns
Project management, project planning and implementation of bathymetric surveys and certification during normal operation of the WSV marking in the Trident cluster
Ensuring that the data basis for the geoinformation system (GIS) is updated
Continuous optimization of existing inspection and test plans (ITP) for necessity and efficiency, contact and coordination with relevant third parties
Participation in the investigation and evaluation of the structural integrity of the wind turbines and foundations, as well as the derivation and implementation of necessary repair campaigns
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules as well as the operating license, project-specific (re-)certification and compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements
Participating in the investigation and assessment of complex damage (e.g. root cause analysis) in collaboration with the relevant operating engineers and central teams of experts
Application of SAP PM, MM and SAP Invoice Management to ensure a smooth maintenance process
Your profile:
Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical, electrical or civil engineering; or equivalent.
1-3 years of professional experience preferably in the offshore wind industry in the field of operations
Sound knowledge of the WSV framework and its application is an advantage
Good technical expertise and several years of experience in the field of maintenance and repair of offshore wind turbines as well as offshore foundations and steel structures
Experience with SAP systems (PM, MM etc.), as well as SCADA and other technical remote support systems an advantage
Willingness and ability to work offshore and at height
Willingness to work on Heligoland
