Operational Risk Management Senior Specialist

To sustain their growth, they are currently hiring an Operational Risk Management Senior Specialist in Geneva that will be contributing to the Bank's Operational Risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team. His work will be functional to the integration of the Risk Management perspective in the decision-making process.

• Active participation on the Bank's Operational Risk Framework with involvement in the performance of test of controls and management of new project and topics;
• Business Continuity Management and operational resilience framework;
• Preparation of reporting to Senior Management.

• University degree in Finance or Economics;
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of BCM, Audit or Operational Risk;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills: ability to prioritize efficiently;
• Relationship management skills: accustomed to work with different stakeholders;
• Hands-on approach;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned files;
• Autonomous
• Organizational skills;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
• Good command of English
