How you create impact at CONROO?

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance and quality of the CONROO app.
• Ensure user-friendly interfaces and a seamless user experience.
• Utilize Xcode and Google Play to deploy and manage the app.
• Independently troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and efficiency.

What you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with a proven track record of successful Mobile App development.
• Practical proficiency in using Xcode and Google Play for app deployment.
• Good amount of experience with Firebase and Git for backend services.
• Good understanding of Product Design fundamentals to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to work independently, with a hands-on approach, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
• A "never-stop-learning" attitude, with a desire for continuous development and growth in the ever-evolving mobile development landscape.
• Excellent communication in English. German is a strong plus.
