As a Medical Data Curator at PAICON, you will play a crucial role in managing, organizing, and validating Medical Data to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and usability. Your expertise in medical terminology, data management, and attention to detail will be instrumental in curating high-quality datasets that enable meaningful insights and advancements in healthcare.

• Collect, organize, and curate Medical Data, focusing mainly on histopathology reports of oncology cases.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Medical Data by performing quality checks and data validation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, researchers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and ensure data is appropriately annotated and structured.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, ICD-O-3, WHO/AJCC Staging, CPT, SNOMED) to categorize and tag data accurately.
• Maintain data privacy and security protocols in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Contribute to the development of data curation standards, pipelines, guidelines, and best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in Medical Data management, healthcare informatics, and related technologies.

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in health informatics, biomedical sciences (or related field) or Medical Student in the 5thor 6th semester
• Knowledge in data curation, data management, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical data standards.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and comfortable to work independently.
• Fluency in English language.
