Verantwortlichkeiten
- Sie entwickeln selbstständig ein tiefgreifendes Prozessverständnis, indem Sie Verfahrensfließbildern, Patentliteratur und Simulationen (Aspen Plus) analysieren
- Für den Bestandsprozess fassen Sie die integrierten, sowie die in der Patentliteratur bekannten Prozesseinheiten zusammen
- Sie klassifizieren und bewerten die Prozesseinheiten anhand von Schlüsselkennzahlen (KPI’s) wie z.B. Apparate- und Betriebskosten, wie deren Komplexität
- Sie begleiten die Projektexperten bei der Entwicklung eines Prozesses für eine heterogenisierte homogene Katalyse
- Sie evaluieren und validieren die entwickelten Prozesse basierend auf den vorab definierten KPIs
- Schließlich implementieren und simulieren Sie die neuartigen Prozesse unter Verwendung von Aspen Plus
Anforderungen
- Sie befinden sich im fortgeschrittenen Masterstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit Prozesssimulationen und bringen idealerweise weitere Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Softwarelösungen im Anlagenbau mit
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, AspenPlus etc.
- Sie bringen starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit und können komplexe Daten interpretieren und vereinfacht darstellen
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig, hinterfragen Inhalte kritisch und sind ein Teamplayer
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
