Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of the hotel. As a Marketing and Public Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote the hotel and venues, drive brand awareness, and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop comprehensive Marketing strategies aligned with the hotel`s overall business goals and objectives.
   • Identify key target markets and create strategies to reach and engage with them effectively.
2. Digital Marketing:
   • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
   • Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and increase online visibility.
3. Brand Management:
   • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand integrity and uphold the Hilton standards.
4. Public Relations:
   • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners.
   • Coordinate and manage press events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand representation.
5. Content Creation:
   • Develop engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including the hotel, restaurant and cafe`s website, social media, and marketing collateral.
   • Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos and visuals, to enhance brand storytelling.
6. Event Marketing:
   • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for special events, promotions, and partnerships.
   • Collaborate with the events team to maximize promotional opportunities and drive attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
