For our Engineering Project Management Team in Switzerland, we are looking for a new team member, to join us immediately or by arrangement, in the role as

Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio Supervisor (m/f/d) 80- 100%

Location : Depending on the location of applicant (Canton of Solothurn or LeLocle (NE))

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Know and understand the campus strategic directions and develop an understanding of the Workcell business strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and project leads responsible for portfolio (New Product Introduction NPI, Life Cycle Management LCM) projects, assessments, and concepts.
• Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems and drive internal / admin engineering and project management processes & tools improvement & standardization.
• Develop, determine and implement policies, procedures and programs.
• Determine and establish specifications through engineering calculations and layouts.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; and two plus years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or project management experience.
• Work experience in regulated environment (e.g. Medical Device, Automotive) and ideally knowledge of new product introduction, life cycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change and manage projects.
• Very profound communication skills in English (able to lead negotiations), German, French.
• Ability to define and resolve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
