Business Technology Integration Center of Excellence team enables teams to integrate critical SaaS systems.About the Role
- Lead team in architecture, design, development and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems
- Create enterprise class integrations between SaaS applications and on-premise applications using low code technologies like Snaplogic, AWS API gateway etc.,
- Ability to drive solutions with services oriented architecture design principles and enabling technologies like APIs, JMS messaging, XML, JSON, web services, etc.,
- Lead Integration Center of Excellence team producing best of the class & easy to use frameworks, design patterns, pre-built development packs, standard connectors etc., helping citizen developer to build integrations quickly and efficiently.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders understanding requirements in Integration area.
- Lead, guide and manage a global team of developers from Integration Center of Excellence producing development artifacts, documents and best practices.
- Create an environment in which team members thrive on stretch goals.
- Collaborate with Global Enterprise Security to incorporate security first design and development principles into Integration development methodology.
- Work with Global Compliance team on key compliance areas like SOX, FedRamp etc.,
- Deliver operational excellence - resolving incident tickets, reducing mean time to resolve, root cause analysis on major incidents and creating-executing operational improvement plans on a quarter to quarter basis.
- Work in an Agile delivery model overseeing team's agile delivery metrics and optimizing delivery lead times.
- Create reports and dashboards on KPIs in Integration area and review with key stakeholders.
- Research industry trends and up keep knowledge and expertise in this area and new technologies like No Code automations, Machine Learning and AI.
About You
- Should have 10+ years IT industry experience and 7+ years of Integration development and operations experience.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in directly managing developers.
- Hands on experience in Integration and automations tools like Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato etc.,
- Deep knowledge in APIs, API security, API governance, JSON, XML, JMS, Streaming technologies like Kafka, relational database like Mysql, no sql databases etc.,
- Good understanding of PaaS like AWS or GCP or Azure
- Knowledge of SaaS applications like Salesforce, Okta, Workday, etc., is a plus.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Logging, Error Handling, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring for end-to-end flow execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, articulation and written skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders, cross functional teams and Security & Compliance teams.
