Manager Hardware Development

• You will lead a team of highly qualified hardware engineers working on leading edge hardware electronics.
• You will develop your own PCBAs from the initial idea to implementation in production.
• You will design complex circuit boards with IC, very powerful FPGA, memory, SoC, analog elements, sensors, actuator control and power supply.
• You will define the specifications and test requirements for your PCBAs and guide others to do so, especially when it comes to series production.

• After studying electrical engineering or equivalent, you have become a "rock star" in Hardware Development and no technical problem is challenging enough for you.
• You have proven your leadership skills and know how to motivate an international team.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience and love to take on new challenges in an innovative team.
• You also enjoy learning new tasks that you have never done before.
• You are fluent in English. ​​​​​​
