YOUR ROLE

• Leading and managing Digital Innovation projects that enable our internal customers to leverage digital solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, and identify opportunities for Digital Innovation
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization, providing guidance and support to internal teams
• Conduct research and analysis to stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Digital Innovation
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to enhance our digital capabilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and implement digital products that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth
• Measure and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Assures all new IT products and processes meet international data privacy and security regulations
• Approves technical readiness of digital prototypes and products
• Tests or supervises tests on product stability and performance
• Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, business management, or related fields
• Working knowledge and experience with chemical inventory or laboratory activity management systems
• 3+ years of experience in a Digital Innovation or product management role
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to business challenges
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, with a passion for driving change and innovation
