Manager Digital Content Management (f/m/div)*

At a glance

Within this role, you will be a key driver in Digital Content cross-functional teams to ensure Infineon’s Digital Content excellence to achieve the goals of placing the right information, to the right target audience, in the right format, on the right channel, at the right time. By deploying a clear digital strategy, frameworks, governance and processes you enable and scale content creation and delivery. The Digital Content you will be working with includes but is not limited to website and social media content/assets, application notes and data sheets, brochures and briefs, and videos and trainings. In this role, you help drive a harmonized content approach throughout Infineon to provide a holistic, consistent content experience to our customers. Job description

n your new role, you will:

  • Be part of a team to shape and deploy Infineon’s holistic Digital Content architecture (e.g. content strategy, content guidelines) along selected design & structural elements for Infineon globally for website & social media content/assets, application notes & data sheets, brochures & briefs, videos & trainings
  • Work in a strong collaboration with our divisions, sales & marketing functions as well as central functions such as corporate communications and business excellence and bring to life a fitting and coordinated framework for Infineon’s Digital Contents
  • Directly report into the head of Digital Content Management
  • Apply persona & journey thinking (from awareness to purchase & aftersales) where the individual content “pieces” support a consistent & holistic customer journey across channels
  • Support and shape processes and process gates & governance structure to anchor the above in the organization
  • Measure Digital Content success (KPI framework for reach, engage, convert) and derive corrective actions
  • Actively contribute to development processes & projects over several regions and cultures; incl. planning, target setting, controlling & risk management

Your Profile

Treating co-workers, employees, and partners with trust and respect as well sharing information comprehensively and effectively is part of your mindset. You like to push ideas to their full implementation and application.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar technical related areas
  • At least 5 years professional experience and expert knowledge in multiple sales & marketing fields
  • A track record in developing, building and deploying holistic Digital Content architecture
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing approaches
  • Experience in successfully running Digital Content Management, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • The ability to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions (alone and in teams)
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, including but not limited cross-cultural teamwork, conflict management, motivation, emotional intelligence, ability to teach & coach as well as stakeholder management
  • A high level of motivation to drive change and achieve targets in stressful settings
  • Excellent English skills; German skills is a plus
