We are looking for a Management & Operations Support Specialist for the Value Accelerator Delivery Unit in St. Leon Rot.
What you will do
As a Management Support Specialist for the Value Accelerator Delivery Unit, you will own, enhance, and execute the Backoffice processes we apply to managing our VAD unit. This includes ownership of the Backoffice processes, supporting portfolio initiatives, team events and calendar management and learning initiatives.
In addition, you will serve as important channel for cascading information into the VAD unit as well for cross-department communication.
Additional responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings and conferences.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Assisting in, and in some cases handling, the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Support VAD unit business operations: manage procurement processes, align with stakeholders
- Support event logistics for internal and external events
What you should bring
- Minimum of 1 years in business operations or operations management
- Experience in a PMO, professional services or management consulting
- BS or MS in business administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Experience in SAP tools like Fieldglass, Ariba is a plus
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Experience supporting organizational change
