Logistics Analyst

Main Job Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and logistics operation support for the affiliates
• Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure the inbound shipment and outbound orders are in timely process per the agreed service level agreement
• Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure inventory accuracy
• Define and review the inventory cycle count process and coordinate annual inventory count.
• Collaborate with the related team to ensure damaged/expired inventories are destroyed timely & regularly.
• Work closely with the team to resolve any logistics-related escalation.
• Collaborate and support team on globally driven projects and annual reporting.
• Review and keep up to date on changes to custom regulations.
• Provide support in warehouse and transportation tender.
• Publish/review Logistics metrics to monitor the performance of warehouse and transportation suppliers and automate reporting.
• Provide support on the continuous improvement to drive efficiency and Gross Margin Improvement initiatives.
• Regular review and update on the playbook to keep it up to date against the actual process.
• Ensure all workflow and processes adhere to the company policy and procedures.
