Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic and diplomatic personality to fill a managerial role for European Finance, Controlling and Accounting teams:
- On a strategic level you act as a reliable and analytical advisor to the regional board as well as to the international headquarters
- You have a track-record in driving continuous improvements of Finance & Accounting related processes across Europe incl. IT / software tools (SAP)
- You love to empower and develop your staff and you effectively manage change, innovation and M&A projects?
- On an operational level you feel comfortable in working within a matrix and being responsible for financial analyses, budget planning and regular financial reporting (in both HGB and IFRS) to the international HQ?
- Hybrid work models, an international team setup and occasional travels enrich your job environment?
