Your Responsibilities

- You help to develop the pedagogy and the quality of our work
- Because more than the legally required number of people work in our groups, you have the freedom you need to prepare well and carry out individual programmes. It makes our work better, and the children and their parents happier
Your Profile
- You are an educator, social worker (m/f/d) or have a profession that is recognized as equivalent
- You know the responsibility you are taking on and look forward to it
- If you face a problem, you will quickly find a solution. Also, you are willing to work with others in a team
- Working with children is not just about earning a living, it is a matter close to your heart
- You speak good English, at least at C-level
