Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Key Account Specialist. Who works well with change and being able to quickly adapt in a fast pace working environment. Highly analytical, data driven and a flexible approach to work, with excellent communication skills.
• Key point of contact for our UK & Irish wholesale clients, providing operational, logistics and administrational support
• Manage and resolve all customer discrepancies on deliveries: shortages/overs
• Responsible for authorising, investigating and tracking wholesale customer returns
• Develop and maintain good client relationships by delivering best customer service whilst ensuring an efficient and smooth supply chain.
• Order Book Management across divisions and brands for our UK & Irish wholesale clients
• Shipping against targets for the wholesale’s accounts for the UK and Ireland
• Compiling, reviewing, and updating orderbooks weekly/monthly with customers and internally
• Manual creation of early deliveries for the allocated customers
• Entering and checking Orders and Pos for allocated customers, to prevent errors that could negatively impact the business.
• Monitoring customers bookings, and liaise directly with the transport team to ensure the delivery criteria are followed for all customers
• Manage directly with the outbound carrier all undelivered stock so that a re-booking can be actioned immediately
• Work closely with the Credit Control department in order to resolve all debit notes and disputes raised by customers
• Supporting with any ad hoc projects
• Ensuring deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by Wholesale Operations Manager and Head of.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service experience
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SAP advantage but not essential
- Previous experience working within fashion, wholesale or retail logistics in a similar role
