What can you expect?

  • You are responsible for our German and international top customers in the banking and insurance environment
  • You acquire new potential customers in all areas
  • You will actively work with our existing customers and carry out regular portfolio and pipeline planning
  • You design strategies to promote inactive and new customers and work closely together with our Channel Team
  • You support marketing activities and campaigns
  • You will also be an active driver to optimize our customer management processes
  • You build relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level on the customer side, develop them further and take care of regular reviews as well as joint annual planning
  • You maintain your activities in our CRM system to optimize coordination
  • You coordinate closely with our product management, support, sales, and marketing teams internally

What should you bring along?

  • You have five to ten years of experience in B2B and IT Software Key Account management
  • You already have experience as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the area of end-user computing or a comparable environment
  • You have knowledge of the SaaS area, and have built up a network of strategic customers in the banking and insurance environment and other areas
  • You are ambitious and persistent in pursuing your goals; you present yourself confidently and can inspire others and build close relationships
  • You are interested in creative, independent development work which motivates you to bring in and implement your own suggestions
  • Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as your empathy and communication skills are among your strengths
  • You are willing to travel in order to support our partners and customers on site
  • You are business fluent in English
