For our client, a market leader in prefabricated steel buildings, we are looking for an experienced District Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to continue growth strategy and maintain market-leading position.
Your Role
As a District Sales Manager / Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales and Commercial Support: Provide unparalleled support to existing clients while efficiently managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities within the entrusted region to ensure continuous growth.
Offer and Price Request Compilation: Craft compelling offers and respond to price requests from both existing and potential customers.
Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain professional long-term relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand competition, market trends, customer situations, and potentials.
Technical Solutions Design: Participate in designing technical solutions and applications that meet customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Analyze competition and create a robust business strategy for the region. Regularly prepare and update budget plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Business Conditions and Database Management: Set business conditions, prepare offers, and maintain an extensive customer database.
Your Profile
Extensive product and industry knowledge, preferably in prefabricated steel buildings or related industrial applications.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrive on new challenges. You possess a technical understanding and a commercial mindset.
A customer and collaboration-oriented sales personality, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Experience with logistics processes is beneficial.
