Tasks

The Key Account Manager will focus on the daily management of the key partners in our distributor network requiring strong account management skills, a deep operational understanding of how the channel works and what is required to keep it moving and running efficiently. You will be experienced in driving sales revenue and growth from channel partners and introducing new products and providing training as required. You will be familiar with the levers that drive channel performance as well as the importance of regular reporting and the controls and operational framework required to ensure optimum performance.

This role will be a key part of the commercial team that manage channel development and growth Across the DACH region. Delivering greater market share through our key partners is a key contributor to the success of Linx.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Secure and grow revenue within a select group of key distributors

  • Effective channel management to increase Linx’s market share within coding and marking in these key distributors

  • Execute commercial excellence in account management focused on driving growth strategies with existing distributors, marketing and increasing market share

  • Generate sales and successfully launch new products in the market

  • Ensure the growth objectives of the key distributors are in line with the expectations of Linx

  • Be able to combine robust long term planning (larger projects) with measurable short term gains (KPI’s and smaller projects)

  • Manage distributor performance through best in class business practice

  • Establish and maintain key relationships at all levels in the distribution organisation, in order to leverage contacts and information

Profile

Your knowledge, skills and competencies will include:

  • B2B-Sales experience

  • Working in an international environment with good cross-functional team experience and project management

  • Languages - Germany, and English proficient (any other languages a benefit)

  • Achievement Orientation - a focus on delivering sales targets, numerate and focused on growth
