Your new job as a Junior Translation Project Manager (m/f/d), working in Mönchengladbach/remotely
We are currently looking for full-time Translation Project Manager to join us at our headquarters in Mönchengladbach.
Your role
As a Junior Translation Project Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the smooth running of language services projects.
You will work directly at the interface with the customer and, over time, manage your own customer base.
You will take care of project planning, costing and control (customer delivery deadlines, determination of processing times for translation, DTP and proofreading, supplier selection per order, assignment, deadline monitoring), as well as preparing quote and following up.
You use your communication skills in an international environment and work closely with the Sales, Translation Engineering, Quality Assurance and DTP departments. You are also the contact person for queries from all project participants.
Your profile
You have a university degree with a focus on translation, linguistics, marketing, business administration or a comparable degree
You already have some work experience in the form of internships in the translation industry.
You have outstanding problem solving skills, are a good communicator and are highly customer-oriented.
You work in a structured manner, are able to prioritize your daily tasks and offer flexibility in order processing.
You have good PC and Office skills as well as initial experience in different CAT tools
You speak German at a native level and also have excellent English skills, other languages are a plus
