ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our Social Media lead and influencer manager, the Social Media Content Creator will be creating content on numa's TikTok as well as hunting out existing and emerging content trends to boost social engagement! The ideal candidate will be creative with a passion for Social Media and TikTok, with an understanding of Social Media trends and a willingness to learn best practices from one of the hottest startups in hospitality. This opportunity is perfect for someone who would like to pursue a career in marketing.

You are on top of the latest developments in social, you know what's happening behind the Social Media feed and the latest reels and TikTok trends and why they matter. In short, you're a Social Media enthusiast who lives and breathes trends.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Content
- Monitor feeds for relevant opportunities to inject the brand into culturally relevant trends.
- Collaborate with a Content Creator to develop engaging video content for our brand's TikTok channel.
- Identify key trends and opportunities to create reactive content that resonates with our target audience.
- Support the Influences Marketing team in identifying new influencers on TiKTok who can help us reach our target audience
- Champion platform best practice across all content developed for your brand – ensuring content is platform native
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Degree in marketing or relevant experience
- Passion for everything digital marketing
- Excellent written communication skills
- An interest in hospitality brands and start-ups
- Understanding of the role of influencers
- Passion in creating content TikTok content, always looking for the best formats to engage with the travel community
Required Skills
- This job is best suited to an individual who is currently starting their career in marketing or has just graduated from university
- Level-headed and team player
- Proactive - ability to spot opportunities to create content and help numa achieve its business ambitions on TiKTok
- Experience shooting and editing TiKTok videos (this can also be in a personal capacity)
