AdresseThe Global Office Development team is responsible for creating comfortable and ergonomic working spaces for JetBrains’ rapidly growing teams in our countries of presence. We are involved at every stage of this process, from site selection to moving. We coordinate user needs, design requirements, deadlines, costs, and contracts; we monitor quality; and we liaise between internal and external project teams. We are looking for a full-time Junior Project Manager to join our Global Office Development team in Munich. In this role, you will support our Project Leads in planning and managing JetBrains’ real estate projects in Germany and abroad as part of a growing team based in Munich, Amsterdam, and Belgrade.
Responsibilities:
- Perform agile project management and represent JetBrains across all phases of office development projects, from feasibility studies to project documentation.
- Review and coordinate lease, planning, and construction contracts.
- Assist in the management of deadlines, costs, and qualities throughout the planning and execution phases of a wide range of projects.
- Build and maintain smooth communication between internal and external project participants.
- Coordinate and supervise internal projects for our offices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in (Interior) Architecture, Design, or Construction, or an equivalent.
- High aesthetic standards and enthusiasm for design.
- 2 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- High level of motivation for working independently as well as collaborating in international, diverse, and multicultural teams.
- Desire to take on new tasks and responsibilities, and a structured and precise work style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Confidence in the use of common office programs, as well as in project planning and CAD.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
