We are looking for a Senior Specialist Marcom Coordinator to join our team in Infineon. In this role, you will support the online and offline marketing communication activities/projects and help to execute the annual marketing communications plan. The Senior Specialist Marcom Coordinator is inquisitive and analytical and must be able to manage projects in collaboration with the Distribution Partner Managers and other relevant stakeholders.

In your new role, you will:- Support the realization of an annual marketing communication plan and ensure proper planning and coordination, to give direction to the activities and realize the objectives
- Cooperate and align with different internal marketing team
- Ensure the timely execution and coordination of all marketing communication projects/activities from planning to implementation and evaluation
- Support changes to meet the objectives
- Assist in composing reports on status, progress, and realization of activities and projects, including realized budget and lead time to provide the management with up-to-date management information
- Supports operational projects that are realized within the EU communication guidelines Ensuring consistency of brand and messages in all communications
- Execute and adhere to company quality policies and procedures and compliance requirements
- Coordinate collateral support for face-to-face events
Your Profile
As a Senior Specialist MarCom Coordinator, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. Furthermore, you recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as good opportunities for further improvement. Lastly, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- Bachelors in marketing communications or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of proven business experience
- Experience in project management
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, cross-country, and in teams
- Good knowledge of main software applications used within the organization –Oracle Eloqua, SAP Ariba, SAP Tableau
- Familiar with Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Good knowledge of communication tools and ability to understand the issues to enhance communication with the involved stakeholders
- Experience in the Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is a plus
- Experience in logistic practices inside and outside of the EU is a plus
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written. German communication skills as a plus
